penandatanganan serah terima tanah dan bangunan Gateway
Park Mall GWP Mall yang berlokasi di Kawasan LRT City
Jatibening. Proses serah-terima fisik tanah dan bangunan
GWP Mall telah secara resmi dilakukan dari pihak KSO PT
Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk dan PT Urban Jakarta
Propertindo Tbk KSO ADCP-URBN kepada pihak URBN yang
akan berusaha untuk melanjutkan proses pembangunan Mall
GWP yang bukan sekadar bangunan fisik, tetapi tentang
menciptakan sebuah destinasi ikonik dan pusat gaya hidup
yang menjadi penggerak ekonomi baru di Jakarta Timur dan
Bekasi khususnya kawasan Jatibening dan sekitarnya.

Facts to mark the handover of the land and building for Gateway
Park Mall (GWP Mall), located in the LRT City Jatibening area.
The physical handover of the land and building for GWP Mall
was officially carried out by the Joint Operations (KSO) PT
Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk and PT Urban Jakarta
Propertindo Tbk ("KSO ADCP-URBN") to URBN, which will
strive to continue the development of GWP Mall, which is not
just a physical building, but also about creating an iconic
destination and lifestyle center that will become a new
economic driver in East Jakarta and Bekasi, particularly in the
Jatibening area and its surroundings.
