                   A COMMITMENT FROM ADCP & URBN
     TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE TOD LRT JATIBENING COMMERCIAL AREA


Jakarta, May 20, 2026 --- On Wednesday (May 13, 2026), a signing ceremony was held
to mark the handover of the land and building for Gateway Park Mall (GWP Mall),
located in the LRT City Jatibening area. The physical handover of the land and building
for GWP Mall was officially carried out by the Joint Operations (KSO) PT Adhi
Commuter Properti Tbk and PT Urban Jakarta Propertindo Tbk ("KSO ADCP-URBN") to
URBN, which will strive to continue the development of GWP Mall, which is not just a
physical building, but also about creating an iconic destination and lifestyle center that
will become a new economic driver in East Jakarta and Bekasi, particularly in the
Jatibening area and its surroundings.

Mr. Gorby Agung P. Tambunan, President Director of URBN, stated, "We will strive to
continue the development of GWP Mall to meet the need for a modern and prominent
shopping center in East Jakarta and Bekasi." He hopes to collaborate with LRT
Jatibening to realize the development of a "TOD" (Transit Oriented Development)
concept area integrated with public transportation facilities. The presence of GWP
Mall as a modern retail and lifestyle center will complement the area's facilities and
provide added value as a driving force for economic growth for all levels of society.

The signing ceremony for the handover of the land and building for GWP Mall was
attended by URBN President Director Mr. Gorby Agung P. Tambunan, URBN Deputy
President Director Ms. Jacqueline B. Wijaya, URBN Director Mr. Wira Natapraja, ADCP
President Director Mr. Achmad Wachid Abdullah, ADCP Operations Director Mr. Farid
Budiyanto, and all management members from both companies.
