Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perusahaan telah mengadakan SPA untuk penjualan aktiva
tetap Perseroan yang terdiri dari Tanah & Bangunan, Mesin,
Perabot dan peralatan yang berlokasi di Jl. Batujajar KM 5.5,
Desa Giriasih, Bandung, Jawa Barat kepada PT. Inno Jaya
Tekstil.
Transaksi tersebut di atas bukan merupakan transaksi material
dalam Peraturan OJK no 17/POJK-04/2020 tentang Transaksi
Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha, karena nilai
Transaksi di bawah ambang batas yang ditentukan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Selain fasilitas pencelupan dan pencetakan di Divisi Kain kami
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tidak lagi tersedia secara inhouse, setelah serah terima
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasi, tidak ada dampak material terhadap kegiatan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan
Perusahaan Publik usaha INDR.

The aforesaid Transaction is not a material transaction in
terms of POJK no 17/POJK-04/2020 concerning Material
Transactions and Change in Business Activities, as the value
of the Transaction is below the specified thresholds.
Impact of event, material information or Apart from Dyeing and Printing facility of our Fabric Division
facts towards Issuers or Public being no longer available inhouse, after operations are handed
Company’s operational activities, legal, over, there is no material impact on the operations, legal,
financial condition, or going concern financial condition or business continuity of the Company.
