umbrella contract for the purchase of LNG through
Master Ex-Ship LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement
("MSA"), as well as signed a June Confirmation Notice
for the plan to purchase LNG in June 2024 ("CN June")
with volume 115,000 m3 ± 5% of the operational
tolerance equivalent to 2,600,000 MMBTU with ± 5 % of
the operational tolerance.
2. Perjanjian akan berakhir 5 tahun sejak
ditandatanganinya Master Ex-Ship LNG Sale and
Purchase Agreement tanggal 19 Juni 2024.
