                                     (“PCML”) dan PLN di Arbitrase ICC Hongkong pada 29
                                     Agustus        2018,      sehubungan     dengan     belum
                                     dilaksanakannya kewajiban SOP sebagaimana diatur
                                     dalam Gas Transportation Agreement (GTA) oleh PCML
                                     dan ganti rugi atas terminasi GTA, sementara gugatan
                                     kepada PLN dilakukan sehubungan adanya pemotongan
                                     tagihan Bulanan sejak Maret 2018 sampai September
                                     2018.
                                     On August 29, 2018, PT Kalimantan Jawa Gas ("KJG"), an
                                     affiliated entity, is 80% owned by the Company's subsidiary
                                     PT Permata Graha Nusantara (99.9%) and 20% owned by
                                     PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk, filed a request for arbitration
                                     against PCML and PLN in Hong Kong ICC Arbitration
                                     inconnection with the failure to implement SOP obligations
                                     as stipulated in the Gas Transportation Agreement (GTA)
                                     by PCML and compensation for the termination of GTA,
                                     while the lawsuit against PLN was made in connection with
                                     a deduction of Monthly bills from March 2018 to September
                                     2018
                                  2. Pada intinya gugatan terkait dengan:
                                     (i) PCML sepatutnya tidak dapat menghindari kewajiban
                                           atas tuntutan SOP KJG sejak tahun 2016 sampai
                                           dengan 13 Desember 2019 serta ganti rugi atas
                                           berakhirnya GTA senilai komitmen SOP dalam GTA
                                           yaitu sejak tanggal 14 Desember 2019 sampai dengan
                                           akhir tahun 2026 berdasarkan GTA dengan nilai
                                           gugatan sebesar USD447 juta;
                                     (ii) PLN bertanggung jawab atas pengembalian
                                           pemotongan pembayaran tarif kepada KJG sebesar
                                           USD2,1 juta (belum termasuk bunga); dan
                                     (iii) Bunga dan biaya ICC serta biaya Konsultan Hukum
                                           KJG maupun biaya- biaya lain yang dikeluarkan KJG.
                                     This lawsuit in connection with:
                                     (i) PCML should not be able to avoid the obligation for
                                           KJG’s SOP claims from 2016 to December 13, 2019
                                           as well as the compensation for the termination of GTA
                                           as per the amount of SOP in the GTA from December
                                           14, 2019 untill the end of 2026 based on the GTA with
                                           a claim amounting to USD447 million;
                                     (ii) PLN is responsible refunding the tariff payment to KJG
                                           of USD2.1 Million (not including interest); and
                                     (iii) The ICC interest and fees as well as KJG’s Legal
                                           Consultant fees and any other costs incurred by KJG.

                                         3. Pada tanggal 18 Juni 2024, KJG telah menerima keputusan
                                             dari ICC International Court of Arbitration atas kasus hukum
                                             tersebut sebagai berikut:
                                             (i) PCML harus membayar kepada KJG USD17.300.000
                                                   atas Pre-Termination Claim belum termasuk bunga.
                                             (ii) KJG harus membayar legal costs & expenses serta
                                                   ICC advance cost PCML dengan total USD5.266.250.
                                             (iii) KJG harus membayar legal costs & expenses PLN
                                                   IDR3.600.000.000 dan biaya ICC advance cost
                                                   USD286.250.
                                             On 18 June 2024, KJG has received the award from ICC
                                             International Court of Arbitration on the legal case as
                                             follows:
                                             (i) PCML shall pay to KJG USD17,300,000 for the Pre-
                                                   Termination Claim excluding interest.
                                             (ii) KJG shall pay PCML's legal costs & expenses and ICC
                                                   advance costs, a total of USD5,266,250.
                                             (iii) KJG shall pay PLN legal costs & expenses of
                                                   IDR3,600,000,000 and ICC advance costs of
                                                   USD286,250.
