Eid Al-Adha 1445 Hijri, ANTAM Distributes 238 Sacrificial Livestock

Jakarta, June 20, 2024 - PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM: IDX: ANTM: ASX: ATM), member of
PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (Persero) (MIND ID) - the State-Owned Enterprise of the Mining
Industry, is please to announce that the Company distributed 238 sacrificial livestock in all
operational areas to celebrate Eid Al-Adha 1445 Hijri. The distribution of sacrificial livestock
consisting of cows, goats, and buffalo throughout ANTAM's operational areas is one part of the
corporate social responsibility (CSR) program, especially the embodiment of the social pillar to
provide benefit for society.

ANTAM' President Director, Nico Kanter, Said:

“ANTAM believes that synergy with the surrounding community is one of the keys to the
Company's sustainability. We always strive to run various CSR programs to provide optimal
benefits to the community around operational areas, in particular, realized through the
distribution of sacrificial livestock as part of the Eid al-Adha 1445 Hijri celebration. The
Company expects the distribution of sacrificial livestock to reach people in need and increase
community harmony with ANTAM. This activity is in line with the Company's ESG
commitment, especially on the social aspect.”

During Eid Al-Adha 1445 Hijri, in Southeast Sulawesi province, ANTAM distributed 13 cows through
the Kolaka Nickel Mining Business Unit and 21 cows through the North Konawe Nickel Mining
Business Unit. Meanwhile in North Maluku, through the North Maluku Nickel Mining Business Unit
and the subsidiary, the Company distributed 30 cows. In West Java, through the Gold Mining
Business Unit, ANTAM distributed 53 goats and 2 cows. Meanwhile, through the Geomin Unit,
ANTAM has distributed one cow and 5 goats.

In West Kalimantan, through the West Kalimantan Bauxite Mining Business Unit, the Company
distributed 9 cows and 7 goats. In Jakarta, ANTAM through the Head Office distributed 47 cows, 20
goats, and a buffalo. Then, through the Precious Metal Processing and Refinery Business Unit, the
Company distributed 5 cows and 24 goats.
