menyewa bangunan dengan PT.

Royal Prima Packaging (“RPP”).

Obyek Transaksi adalah sewa
sebagian bangunan untuk gudang
dengan luas & 2.772 meter” di Jalan
Raya Wringinanom KM 37, Gresik,
dengan nilai sewa sebesar Rp.
554.400.000 untuk 5 tahun (periode
sewa menyewa mulai tanggal 1 Juli
2024 - 30 Juni 2029).

PT. Indospring Tbk has signed a
building lease agreement with PT.
Royal Prima Packaging ("RPP”)."

The object of the transaction is the
lease of a part of the building for an
office, with an area of # 2,772
meters? on Jalan Raya Wringinanom
KM 37, Gresik, with a lease costs of
Rp 554,400,000 for 5 year (lease
period from July 1, 2024 — June 30,
2029).
