Pada tanggal 13 Juni 2024, Perseroan telah menyelenggarakan
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (“RUPST”), dimana
pemegang saham Perseroan telah menyetujui untuk mengangkat
Suryadi Sasmita sebagai Komisaris Independen Perseroan yang
baru dan dilakukan sesuai dengan anggaran dasar Perseroan dan
peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Perseroan telah
mengumumkan riwayat hidup (Curriculum Vitae) Suryadi Sasmita
bersamaan dengan pemanggilan RUPST pada situs web Perseroan
dan situs web BEI pada tanggal 22 Mei 2022. /
On 13 June 2024, the Company has convened the Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders ("AGMS"), whereby the shareholders
have approved to appoint Suryadi Sasmita as the Company's new
Independent Commissioner and was carried out in accordance
with the Company articles of association and applicable laws and
regulations. The Company has published Suryadi Sasmita's
Curriculum Vitae together with the notice for the AGMS on the
Company website and the IDX website on 22 May 2024.

kepada dan diterima oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia
Republik Indonesia berdasarkan Surat Penerimaan Pemberitahuan

Juni 2024 yang telah terdaftar dalam Daftar Perseroan No. AHU-
0118637.AH.01.11. Tahun 2024 tanggal 14 Juni 2024. /
The change of Board of Commissioners' composition has been
notified to and accepted by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights
of the Republic of Indonesia pursuant to Acceptance Letter of
Notification of Change of Company Data No. AHU-AH.0109-
0214550 dated June 14, 2024 which has been registered in the
