Sesuai dengan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) Tahunan Perseroan yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 11 Juni 2024 telah menyetujui penunjukkan Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja (anggota firma Ernst & Young Global Limited) sebagai KAP yang akan mengaudit Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Perseroan dan entitas anak untuk tahun buku 2024. 2. Penunjukkan KAP yang dimaksud dilakukan berdasarkan rekomendasi dari Komite Audit Perseroan termasuk dengan memperhatikan hasil tinjauan terkait pelaksanaan pemberian jasa audit atas informasi keuangan historis tahunan oleh AP dan/atau KAP terhadap Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Perseroan dan Entitas Anak pada tanggal dan untuk tahun yang berakhir 2023. 3. Berkenaan dengan hal tersebut di atas, Perseroan juga telah menyampaikan ringkasan risalah RUPS Tahunan dan Luar Biasa, dalam surat kami No. 063/GOTO/CS/JKT/VI/2024 terkait dengan Laporan Ringkasan Risalah Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan dan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa. In accordance with the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of the Company, held on June 11, 2024 has approved the appointment of Public Accounting Firm (KAP) Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja (member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited) as the KAP that will audit the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company and its subsidiaries for the 2024 financial year. 2. The appointment of this KAP was carried out based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee of the Company including a review of the implementation of audit services by the public accountant and/ or the public accounting firm on annual historical financial information of the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company and its Subsidiaries as of and for the year ended 2023. 3.In relation to the above matter, we have previously submitted the summary of the minutes of our Annual and Extraordinary GMS in our letter No. 063/GOTO/CS/JKT/VI/2024 relating to the Summary Report of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
