2020”) dan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. ("POJK 17 Tahun 2020") and OJK Regulation No.
42/POJK.04/ 2020 tentang Transaksi Afiliasi dan 42/POJK.04/2020 issued by the Financial Services
Benturan Kepentingan (“POJK 42 Tahun 2020”). Authority regarding Affiliate Transactions and
Conflict of Interest (“POJK 42 Tahun 2020”).
