Singapura, telah menyelesaikan pelaksanaan permohonan
persetujuan (Consent Solicitation) serta penandatanganan
Third Supplemental Indenture dan Third Supplemental Trust
Deed, dengan detail sebagaimana dicantumkan dalam
Keterbukaan Informasi terlampir.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Diperolehnya Consent Solicitation serta penandatanganan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Third Supplemental Indenture dan Third Supplemental Trust
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Deed yang merupakan bagian dari pelaksanaan pengelolaan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau utang (liability management) tidak memiliki dampak negatif

Description of Material Information or The disclosure of information herein is made in reference to
Facts the Reporting of Material Information or Facts that was
submitted earlier by the Company through Letter No. 033/LK-
COS/V/2024 dated May 13, 2024 (the Preliminary Disclosure
of Information).
The Company, through Theta Capital Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of
the Company established under the laws of Singapore, has
completed the Consent Solicitation and the signing of Third
Supplemental Indenture and Third Supplemental Trust Deed,
with details as described in the Disclosure of Information
attached.
Impact of event, material information or The obtainment of Consent Solicitation and signing of the
facts towards Issuers or Public Third Supplemental Indenture and the Third Supplemental
Company’s operational activities, legal, Trust Deed as part of the performances of liability
financial condition, or going concern management did not have a negative impact on the
operational activities, law and business continuity of the
Company, and subsequently will cause positive impact to the
financial condition of the Company
