Credit Rating(s) PEFINDO has affirmed its idA+ rating with stable outlook for PT Bank Pembangunan
General Obligation (GO) idA+/Stable Daerah Sulawesi Selatan & Sulawesi Barat (Bank Sulselbar) and its idA+ rating to its
SR Bond III idA+ outstanding bonds. The rating reflects Bank Sulselbar’s strong business position
SR Bond II idA+ supported by its captive market, very strong capitalization profile, and strong asset
quality indicators. However, the rating is constrained by its concentrated funding

employees. As of March 31, 2024, it was 33.0% owned by the Provincial Government

employee cooperatives of Bank Sulselbar, and the remaining 64.5% was held by cities
and regencies in both provinces.
