         BUMI Wins Best Sustainability Report Award 4 times in a row
                      with A+ Score from FIHRRST

Jakarta, June 13th, 2024

PT Bumi Resources Tbk. (BUMI) succeeded in receiving a prestigious award in sustainability
reporting or Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) reporting in 2022. The award was
conferred online by the Foundation for International Human Rights Reporting Standard
(FIHRRST) at the launch of Sustainability Report Study Results event on June 4th, 2024.

This award was assessed based on a study supported by OJK and BEI to 264 public companies in
Indonesia. The study included assessment on the consistency with Financial Services Authority
Regulation (POJK) No. 51 of 2017 and the conformity of the report to the international
sustainability reports framework.

Based on this assessment, BUMI received the "Best Company with an A+ Score" award. This is
the fourth year that BUMI has received this award in a row. This award complements other
prestigious awards in the field of ESG that BUMI has previously received.

The 'A+' rank received by BUMI means that the disclosure of ESG information at BUMI has
exceeded 90% of the indicators determined in the assessment. Only 10 public companies in
Indonesia received the 'A+' rank.

President Director of PT Bumi Resources Tbk., Adika Nuraga Bakrie, stated, "Our commitment
in preparing sustainability reports is always based on the importance of transparency and
disclosure of ESG-related information that adapts updated global standards."

In addition, he emphasized that BUMI also uses its sustainability report as a show and tell
instrument for the innovations of BUMI and its subsidiaries in the ESG aspect as a reflection of a
dynamic company.
