Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk peraturan BEI No.I-E tentang Kewajiban
Penyampaian Informasi pada No.IV.2.11 yang menyebutkan
bahwa Perusahaan Tercatat wajib menyampaikan laporan
mengenai kesiapan dana untuk pelunasan efek paling lambat
15 (lima belas) hari bursa sebelum efek dimaksud jatuh tempo.
Sehubungan hal tersebut, dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa
Perseroan telah menyiapkan dana untuk pelunasan pokok,
yaitu:
- Sukuk Mudharabah Berlandaskan Keberlanjutan
Berkelanjutan I Bank BSI Tahap I Tahun 2024 Seri B sebesar
Rp220.000.000.000,- (dua ratus dua puluh miliar rupiah) yang
akan jatuh tempo tanggal 14 Juni 2026.
- Sukuk Mudharabah Berlandaskan Keberlanjutan
Berkelanjutan I Bank BSI Tahap II Tahun 2025 Seri A sebesar
Rp2.445.000.000.000,- (dua triliun empat ratus empat puluh
lima miliar rupiah) yang akan jatuh tempo tanggal 6 Juli 2026.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Fund Readiness Report For The Repayment of Sustainability-
Type of Material Information or Facts Based Mudharabah Sukuk I, Bank Syariah Indonesia Stage I
Year 2024 Series B And Stage II Year 2025 Series A
Description of Material Information or Referring to IDX Regulation No. I-E concerning Disclosure of
Facts Information Obligations, specifically item No. IV.2.11, which
states that Listed Companies are required to submit a report
regarding the readiness of funds for the repayment of
securities no later than 15 (fifteen) trading days prior to the
maturity date of such securities.
In connection with the foregoing, we hereby inform you that the
Company has prepared funds for the repayment of principal,
namely:
- Sustainability-Based Mudharabah Sukuk I of Bank
BSI, Stage I Year 2024 Series B, in the amount of Rp220,
000,000,000,- (two hundred twenty billion rupiah), which will
mature on 14 June 2026.
- Sustainability-Based Mudharabah Sukuk I of Bank
BSI, Stage II Year 2025 Series A, in the amount of Rp2,
445,000,000,000,- (two trillion four hundred forty-five billion
rupiah), which will mature on 6 July 2026.
