Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pembiayaan atas Pembelian Kembali Saham tidak akan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan berdampak signifikan pada penurunan pendapatan Perseroan,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dikarenakan sampai saat ini Perseroan masih memiliki modal
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kerja dan arus kas yang memadai untuk operasional
Perusahaan Publik Perseroan.
