Peraturan No. I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi
("Peraturan 1-E"), dengan ini kami menyampaikan Laporan
Informasi atau Fakta Material sebagai berikut:
Perseroan telah memperoleh fasilitas pinjaman dari PT Bank
Central Asia Tbk sebesar Rp.3.900.000.000.000,- (tiga trilliun
dan sembilan ratus miliar Rupiah) untuk tujuan pembayaran
kembali (refinancing) surat hutang senior yang jatuh tempo
pada 2025
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta penandatanganan Perjanjian Kredit tidak memiliki dampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan negatif terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik
Informasi Lain
Laporan ini dilakukan oleh Perseroan untuk memenuhi ketentuan POJK 31/2015

The Company has been granted a Facility Credit from PT
Bank Central Asia Tbk amounting to Rp.3.900.000.000.000,-
(three trillion and nine hundred billion Rupiah) to refinance the
senior secured notes due 2025
