Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Salah satu entitas anak yang dimiliki oleh Perseroan, yaitu PT
Kreasi Jasa Persada (KJP) telah menyelesaikan pembelian
dari PT Caraka Reksa Optima (CRO) atas sebanyak
75.836.700 saham yang mewakili 7,5% dari modal disetor dan
ditempatkan di dalam PT Petrosea Tbk, suatu perseroan
terbatas yang didirikan menurut dan berdasarkan hukum
Indonesia, berkedudukan di Tangerang Selatan (PTRO)
(Pembelian)
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pembelian ini sejalan dengan rencana pengembangan usaha
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan, yang secara umum bertujuan untuk menambah
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, aset Perseroan, sehingga dapat memberikan nilai lebih
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kepada para pemangku kepentingan Perseroan di masa
Perusahaan Publik mendatang

Description of Material Information or One of the subsidiaries of the Company, namely PT Kreasi
Facts Jasa Persada (KJP) has completed the purchase from PT
Caraka Reksa Optima (CRO) of 75.836.700 shares
representing 7,5% of the total issued and paid-up capital of PT
Petrosea Tbk, a limited liability company established according
to and based on Indonesian law, domiciled in South
Tangerang (PTRO) (the Purchase).
Impact of event, material information or The Purchase is in line with the Companys business plan,
facts towards Issuers or Public which generally aims to increase the Companys assets,
Company’s operational activities, legal, expand the Companys businesses, to provide the Companys
financial condition, or going concern stakeholders with higher value creation in the future.
