Sesuai surat dari KAP Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto & Rekan No.
OL202406050004/LLS/LLS tanggal 5 Juni 2024 perihal
Perubahan Nama Kantor Akuntan Publik, Tanudiredja,
Wibisana, Rintis & Rekan yang kami terima pada tanggal 6
Juni 2024, diinformasikan bahwa terdapat perubahan nama
KAP dari semula bernama KAP Tanudiredja, Wibisana, Rintis
& Rekan, menjadi KAP Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto & Rekan
sehubungan dengan pensiunnya salah satu partner KAP.
Berkenaan dengan perubahan nama KAP tersebut, KAP
Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto & Rekan masih merupakan KAP yang
sama dengan KAP yang telah ditunjuk dalam RUPS sebagai
anggota jaringan perusahaan PwC, dan tidak terdapat
perubahan Akuntan Publik.

Description of Material Information or Based on the resolution of the Company's Annual General
Facts Meeting of Shareholders dated March 7, 2024, the Public
Accounting Firm (KAP) Tanudiredja, Wibisana, Rintis & Rekan,
a member of the PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) global
network of firms, has been appointed as the KAP to audit the
Company's Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2024.
In accordance with the letter from KAP Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto
& Rekan No. OL202406050004/LLS/LLS dated June 5, 2024
regarding the Change of Name of Public Accounting Firm,
Tanudiredja, Wibisana, Rintis & Rekan which we received on
June 6, 2024, we were informed that there was a change in
the name of KAP from the original name KAP Tanudiredja,
Wibisana, Rintis & Rekan, to KAP Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto &
Rekan in connection with the retirement of one of the KAP
partners.
With regard to the change in the name of the KAP, KAP Rintis,
Jumadi, Rianto & Rekan is still the same KAP that has been
appointed in the GMS as a member of the PwC network, and
there is no change in Public Accountant.
