                              147 and 149 Law Number 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability

4.   Kegiatan Usaha Pembeli/      Kegiatan usaha PT BAMO di bidang penambangan gas
     Buyer's Business Sector      metana batubara. Sejak didirikan pada tahun 2007 sampai
                                  dengan saat ini PT BAMO belum beroperasi secara
                                  komersial/PT BAMO's business sector is coal methane gas

                       Utama. Total Aset PT BAMO per 31 Maret 2024 (Unaudited)
                       tercatat   sebesar   Rp34   juta.    Oleh    karena   itu   setelah
                       penutupan, Perseroan akan menghentikan pengakuan aset
                       (termasuk setiap goodwill)      dan      liabilitas   pada     nilai
                       tercatatnya.
                       Jumlah     yang   sebelumnya        diakui   dalam    penghasilan
                       komprehensif lain juga direklasifikasi ke laba rugi atau
                       dialihkan secara langsung ke saldo laba dan sisa investasi
                       terdahulu diakui sebesar nilai wajarnya. Setiap perbedaan
                       antara nilai tercatat sisa investasi pada tanggal hilangnya
                       pengendalian dan nilai wajarnya diakui dalam laba rugi.
                       Status badan hukum PT BAMO akan dihapuskan pada daftar
                       data perseroan di Kemeterian Hukum dan HAM setelah
                       pemberesan selesai dilakukan sesuai dengan ketentuan
                       peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.        This closure
                       does not have an impact on PTBA as a going concern, and
                       on PTBA 's consolidated finance, considering that PT BAMO
                       has not operated commercially since it was established in
                       2007. PTBA's investment in PT BAMO, whose shares are
                       directly owned by 99.99%, is IDR699.900.000. Therefore,
                       taking-into account PTBA 's equity as of 37 March 2024
                       (Unaudited) which was recorded at IDR22,480,854 million,
                       the closing of PT BAMO does not include material
                       transactions as referred to Financial Services Authority
                       Regulation     Number      17/POJK. 14/2020      on   Material
                       Transactions and Changes in Business Activities. PT BAMO's
                       total assets as of 37 March 2024 (Unaudited) were recorded
                       at /DR 34 million. Therefore, after closing, the Company will
                       derecognize assets (including any goodwill) and liabilities at
                       their carrying values. Amounts previously recognized in
                       other comprehensive income are also reclassified to profit
                       or loss or transferred directly to retained earnings and the
                       remainder of the previous investment is recognized at its fair
                       value. Any difference between the remaining carrying value
                       of the investment at the date of loss of control and its fair
                       value is recognized in profit or loss. The legal status of PT
                       BAMO will be eliminated on the company data in Minister of
                       Laws and Human Rights after the winding up has been dully
                       approved in accordance with the applicable laws and
                       regulations.



7.   Penutup/Closing   Jika ada perbedaan antara versi bahasa Indonesia dan
                       bahasa lnggris, maka versi bahasa Indonesia berlaku/lf any
                       inconsistency between Indonesian version and English
                       version, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
