                                              Decision on Application for Postponement of Debt Payment
 Type of Material Information or Facts        Obligations (PKPU) by the Company's subsidiary at its own

 Description of Material Information or       That the Company's subsidiaries which are indirectly owned by
 Facts                                        the Company amount to 99.96% ninety nine point ninety six
                                              percent) namely:
                                              -PT Golden Harvest Cocoa Indonesia hereinafter referred to
                                              as PT GHC

                                              It has been decided in case no. 163/Pdt.Sus-
                                              PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst dated 5 June 2024 at the
                                              Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court, with a
                                              ruling stating in essence:

                                              1. Grant the PKPU Application submitted by PT GHCI for itself
                                              in its entirety;
                                              2. Establish a temporary PKPU against PT GHCI for a
                                              maximum of 45 forty five days from the time the decision is
                                              pronounced;
                                              3. Appoint Ms. Betsji Siske Manoe, S.H, M.H. as Commercial
                                              Judge at the Central Jakarta District Court as Supervising
                                              Judge in the PT GHCI PKPU process;
                                              4.Pointing and lifting:
                                              a. Bro. Martin Patrick Nagel, S.H., M.H.
                                              b. Bro. Aldi Firmansyah, S.H., M.H.
                                              Together as a Management Team in the PT GHCI PKPU
                                              process;
                                              5. Set the next trial date on Friday, July 19 2024 at the
                                              Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court.
