  PGN Strengthens Natural Gas Supply through Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement
                               from Tungkal Block

Jakarta – PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk (PGN), as Pertamina’s Gas Subholding,
has signed a Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement (PJBG) with Mont D’Or Oil Tungkal Limited
(MOTL/MontD’Or) from the Tungkal Working Area (WK Tungkal) in Jambi. Under this
agreement, PGN will receive a gas supply of 5.45 BBTUD for the 2026–2034 period, which
will subsequently ramp down gradually through 2040.

The PJBG for the Tungkal Block was signed by PGN Commercial Director Aldiansyah Idham
and MontD’Or General Manager Hendra Jaya, witnessed by the Head of SKK Migas Djoko
Siswanto on Monday (31/08/2026).

PGN expressed its gratitude to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), SKK
Migas, and other stakeholders for their support in enabling PGN to secure additional natural
gas supplies to strengthen domestic energy security.

Aldiansyah also extended his appreciation to MontD’Or for the partnership and shared synergy
formalized through this agreement.

utilization of national natural gas as a reliable, competitive, and sustainable energy source,"
he stated.

This agreement provides certainty regarding the off-take of natural gas from the Tungkal Block
and plays a vital role for PGN in maintaining supply reliability for customers. Located in Central
Sumatra, the Tungkal Block will be integrated into PGN’s existing infrastructure across
Sumatra Island.

PGN reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening the domestic natural gas supply by
integrating sources from both piped gas and LNG. This measure ensures uninterrupted natural
gas service to support industrial, commercial, small business, and household needs.
