Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa sebagai tindak lanjut atas
Keterbukaan Informasi Perseroan tanggal 25 Juni 2026
sehubungan dengan permasalahan hukum terkait Anggota
Direksi Perseroan diantaranya Bapak Edwin Suryahusada.
Pada tanggal 29 Agustus 2026, Perseroan telah memperoleh
informasi bahwa pihak yang berwenang telah menggunakan
kewenangan upaya paksanya sehubungan dengan masalah
hukum terkait.
Sepanjang proses hukum masih berlangsung dan belum ada
putusan pengadilan yang berkekuatan hukum tetap,
Perseroan akan terus memantau perkembangan proses
hukum tersebut. Perseroan menghormati sepenuhnya proses
hukum yang sedang berjalan dengan mengedepankan asas
praduga tak bersalah (presumption of innocence) serta
menghormati ketentuan yang berlaku.
Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa operasional, kegiatan
usaha, dan layanan kepada nasabah Perseroan diupayakan
tetap berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Perseroan juga terus
menjaga prinsip tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (Good
Corporate Governance) untuk menjaga kelangsungan usaha
serta pemenuhan kewajiban Perseroan kepada seluruh
pemangku kepentingan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan belum dapat memastikan dampak kejadian,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan informasi atau fakta material tersebut. Pada saat ini
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, sepengetahuan kami belum terdapat dampak material yang
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau mengganggu arus kas atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Legal Case Against a Member of The Board of Directors of
Type of Material Information or Facts The Company
Description of Material Information or We hereby inform you that, as a follow-up to the Companys
Facts Information Disclosure dated June 25, 2026, regarding legal
issues involving members of the Companys Board of Directors,
including Mr. Edwin Suryahusada, on August 29, 2026, the
Company received information that the competent authorities
have exercised their enforcement powers in connection with
the aforementioned legal issues.
As the legal proceedings remain ongoing and there has been
no final and legally binding court decision, the Company will
continue to closely monitor the progress of such proceedings.
The Company fully respects the ongoing legal process,
upholds the principle of presumption of innocence, and
remains committed to complying with all applicable laws and
regulations.
The Company states that it is making every effort to ensure
that its operations, business activities, and services to
customers continue to run as usual. The Company also
continues to uphold the principles of good corporate
governance to ensure business continuity and the fulfillment of
the Companys obligations to all stakeholders.
Impact of event, material information or The Company has not yet been able to determine the impact
facts towards Issuers or Public of such event, information, or material facts. Based on the
Company’s operational activities, legal, Companys knowledge as of the date hereof, there has been
financial condition, or going concern no material impact that has affected the Companys cash flow
or business continuity.
