menerima Surat Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi
Manusia Republik Indonesia Nomor AHU-
0032483.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2024 tanggal 4 Juni 2024 (SK
Menkumham) mengenai pengurangan modal ditempatkan dan
disetor Perseroan. SK Menkumham ini
merupakan persetujuan atas hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham (RUPS) Tahunan Perseroan yang diadakan pada
tanggal 03 April 2024, dimana sebelumnya modal ditempatkan
dan disetor Perseroan adalah berjumlah berjumlah
2.260.292.880, dan berubah menjadi 2.259.292.880.

0032483.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2024 dated June 4 2024
(Menkumham Decree) regarding the reduction of the
Company's issued and paid-up capital. This Menkumham
Decree is an approval of the results of the Company's Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) held on April 3, 2024,
at which the Company's issued and paid-up capital was
changed from 2,260,292,880 to 2,259,292,880.
