The Company is not aware of any information or material fact that may affect the value of the
Company's securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in IDX Regulation No. I-
E: Obligation to Submit Information, provisions point 111.21. and IV.2.1., Appendix to the
Decree of the Board of Directors of IDX No. Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021.

Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana
diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan
Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

Does the Company have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate actions that will affect the listing af the Company's shares on the Exchange (at least
within the next 3 months)?

Tanggapan:

Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di
BEI (paling tidak dalam 3 (tiga) bulan mendatang).

Response:

The Company has no plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate actions that will affect the listing of the Company's shares on IDX (at least within
the next three (3) months).

6. Apakah terdapat rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan? Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu
kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Are there any plans of the major shareholder regarding its shareholding in the Company? In
this regard, please could the Corporate Secretary is reguested to first inguire with the major
shareholder in providing confirmation.

Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Corporate Secretary Perseroan belum menerima informasi
apapun dari pemegang saham utama terkait dengan rencana atas kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan.

Response:

As of the date of this letter, the Corporate Secretary of the Company has not received any
information from the major shareholder regarding its plans related to shareholding in the
Company.
