Ltd., anak perusahaan Perseroan yang berkedudukan di Singapura (“CPIT”), menjadi sebagai berikut: Perubahan Modal - Semula : SGD 100,- “ - Menjadi : SGD 6.736.000,- « Adapun dana dari peningkatan modal CPIT tersebut sejumlah SGD 6.735.900,- akan digunakan untuk menunjang kegiatan operasional CPIT. Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company domiciled in Singapore (“CPIT”), itis as follows: Capital Changes - Initially : SGD 100 -Become : SGD 6,736,000 The funds from the capital injection in CPIT amounting to SGD 6,735,900,- will be used to support CPIT operational activities.
