Menanggapi Volatilitas harga saham PT Satria Antaran Prima
Tbk atau lebih dikenal sebagai SAPX Express (Perseroan)
yang dikaitkan dengan adanya rumor yang beredar di internet
salah satunya mengenai kerjasama dengan Fedex Group,
dengan ini Perseroan menegaskan bahwa Perseroan tidak
pernah merencanakan atau memiliki kerjasama strategis
dengan Fedex group seperti Merger, Akuisisi dan rencana
strategis lain nya.
Perseroan pernah bekerjasama dengan Fedex group dalam
hal pengiriman barang di mana Perseroan menjadi salah satu
vendor Fedex dalam hal pengiriman dalam negeri dan Fedex
juga menjadi salah satu vendor Perseroan dalam pengiriman
barang ke luar negeri. Dan pada saat ini kerjasama yang
disebutkan di atas telah berakhir sehingga Perseroan tidak
memiliki hubungan kerjasama apapun dengan FedEx Group.
Bersama dengan kesempatan ini Perseroan juga menegaskan
tidak memiliki rencana atau pernah memiliki kerjasama
Strategis terkait Merger atau Akuisisi dengan pihak manapun.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau

Facts In response to the stock price volatility of PT Satria Antaran
Prima Tbk, also known as SAPX Express (the Company),
associated with rumors circulating on the internet, including
regarding collaboration with the FedEx Group, the Company
hereby confirms that it has never planned or had any strategic
collaboration with the FedEx Group such as mergers,
acquisitions, or any other strategic plans.
The Company has previously collaborated with the FedEx
Group in terms of domestic shipment services, where the
Company was one of FedEx's vendors for domestic
shipments, and FedEx was also one of the Company's
vendors for international shipments. Currently, the mentioned
collaboration has ended, and the Company does not have any
collaborative relationship with the FedEx Group.
Furthermore, the Company also asserts that it does not have
any plans or has ever had any strategic collaboration related to
mergers or acquisitions with any party.
