Sesuai hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham yang diselenggarakan tanggal 22 Mei 2024 Berdasarkan Persetujuan
RUPS Perseroan memutuskan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Amir Abadi Jusuf, Aryanto, Mawar & Rekan
dengan Akuntan Publik (Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak EISHENNORAZ untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan
keuangan perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024

Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :

Perseroan tidak mengganti Akuntan Publik dan tetap menggunakan AP dan KAP Amir Abadi Jusuf, Aryanto, Mawar &
Rekan (RSM) yang telah melakukan audit atas Laporan Keuangan Perseroan untuk Tahun Buku 2021, 2022 dan 2023,
karena Akuntan Publik tersebut memberikan opini berdasarkan dengan Standar Audit yang ditetapkan serta telah
memenuhi tenggat waktu penyampaian Laporan

subject of Change of Public Accountant, the company hereby submit the following information:


Change of Public Accountant

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 22 May 2024 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Amir Abadi Jusuf, Aryanto, Mawar & Rekan with
Public Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. EISHENNORAZ To conduct an audit of the company's financial
statements ending on 31 December 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:


The Company has not replaced its Public Accountant and continues to use AP and KAP Amir Abadi Jusuf, Aryanto,
Mawar & Partners (RSM) who have audited the Company's Financial Report for the 2021, 2022 and 2023 Financial
Years, because the Public Accountant provides opinions based on Audit Standards determined and has met the
deadline for submitting the Report.
 Thus to be informed accordingly.
