PT Bumi Resources Tbk. (“BUMI” or “Company”) and its subsidiary, PT Arutmin Indonesia (“Arutmin”)
earned a number of awards at TOP CSR Awards 2024. The event bearing the theme “CSR & ESG Innovation
Programs for Sustainable Business Growth” was held by Top Business Magazine or MSI Group at Raffles Hotel
Jakarta, Wednesday (29/5).
Chief organizer of the event who is also the editor in chief of Top Business Magazine, M. Lutfi Handayani,
explained that the TOP CSR Awards 2024 assessment was based on the clauses of ISO 26000, ESG
(Environment, Social, and Governance), and business strategies of the winning candidates.
Based on the assessment criteria, BUMI succeeded in being conferred three awards at once, namely TOP CSR
Award #Star 4 2024, TOP Leader CSR Commitment 2024, and TOP CSR Special Awards 2024 in the field of
community-based waste management assistance carried out in the last 3 years in Kebalen, Bekasi Regency.
Those achievements are the results of an assessment based on the management of the impact of company
activities, CSR governance, and the role and contribution of sustainable development with a focus on
community-based waste management assistance program.
Meanwhile, BUMI’s subsidiary, Arutmin, was conferred two awards, namely TOP CSR Award #Star 4 2024 for
the Satui Mine and TOP Leader on CSR Commitment 2024. The 4 (four) Star rank means systems, policies, with
the Company's CSR being implemented at a very remarkable level that has supported sustainable business
growth strategy.
President Director of PT Bumi Resources Tbk., Adika Nuraga Bakrie, said, “BUMI is highly committed to
always carrying out CSR programs based on its CSR visions, ISO 26000 guidelines, and supporting the
fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
