Uraian informasi atau Fakta Material lainnya yang relevan/ Details of information or other relevant Material Fact: Pada tanggal 29 Mei 2024, Perseroan telah menandatangani suatu Perjanjian Fasilitas Kredit dengan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“Kreditur”) untuk: @ Fasilitas Kredit Investasi sebesar US$ 240 juta dan Rp 1,3 triliun dengan tenor selama 8 sampai 10 tahun, @ Fasilitas Modal Kerja sebesar US$ 170 juta. Fasilitas Kredit Investasi tersebut akan digunakan untuk mendukung ekspansi bisnis dan refinancing atas pendanaan dari perbankan yang diperoleh pada tahun sebelumnya, sedangkan Fasilitas Modal Kerja akan digunakan untuk memperkuat modal kerja guna mendukung kegiatan operasional pada lini bisnis EPC dan Mining On 29 May 2024, the Company signed a Credit Facility Agreement with PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“Creditor”) for: @ Investment Credit Facility amounting to US$ 240 million and Rp 1.3 trillion with a tenure of 8 to 10 years, @ Working Capital Facility amounting to US$ 170 million.
