surat pengunduran diri dari Roni Setiawan selaku Presiden

Direktur. Namun, karena sampai saat ini Perseroan belum

menemukan pengganti untuk posisi tersebut, maka
Perseroan mengumumkan bahwa Roni Setiawan setuju
untuk melanjutkan jabatannya sebagai Presiden Direktur
hingga 30 Juni 2024 dengan Perseroan melanjutkan
proses pergantian Presiden Direktur yang baru.
On February 28, 2024, the Company has received a
resignation letter from Roni Setiawan as President Director.
However, because until now the Company has not found a
replacement for the position, the Company announced that
Roni Setiawan agreed to continue his position as President
Director until June 30, 2024 with the Company continuing
the process of changing the new President Director.
