Ltd, a company established under the laws of
Material Transaction Value 1.061.775.785.391,74
Singapore and is one of the subsidiaries and
Controlled Companies of the Company (PHSG),
through the issuance of new preference shares
which are taken up entirely by the Company
(PHSG Capital Increase). Simultaneously with the
PHSG Capital Increase, PHSG also changed its
business activities from retail sale of health
supplements and retail sale of cosmetics and
toiletries (including skin care products) to other
holding companies (Change in Business Activities),
and change or addition of Directors from Lee Ee
Ling to Lee Ee Ling and Lee Yan Gwan (Addition
of Directors, which together with the PHSG Capital
Increase and Changes in Business Activities are
referred to as Transactions).
