Merujuk kepada Surat BEI No. S-04981/BEI.PP3/05-2024 tanggal 21 Mei 2024, kami bermaksud untuk
memberikan penjelasan atas permintaan penjelasan atas pemberitaan di media massa yang dijabarkan
dalam surat terlampir/
Referring to the IDX Letter No.S-04981/BEI.PP3/05-2024 dated May 21, 2024, we intend to submit
responses to the requests for explanations for the news in mass media as elaborated in the attached
letter.
2. Informasi/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup
perusahaan serta dapat mempengaruhi harga saham perusahaan.
Tidak ada informasi/kejadian penting lainnya yang belum atau tidak diungkapkan oleh Perseroan, selain
dari informasi yang telah diungkapkan sebelumnya melalui Keterbukaan Informasi pada tanggal 3 Mei
2024 dan Keterbukaan Pengunduran Diri.
Perseroan akan senantiasa mematuhi seluruh peraturan terkait yang berlaku termasuk Peraturan Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan No. 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh
Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik dan Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No:Kep-00066/BEI/09-
2022 tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, dan apabila
terdapat suatu informasi material yang melibatkan Perseroan maka Perseroan akan menyampaikan
keterbukaan informasi kepada publik selambat-lambatnya 2 (dua) hari kerja setelah terjadinya peristiwa
tersebut. /
No other important information/events that have not been or not disclosed by the Company, other than the
information disclosed by the Company previously through the Disclosure of Information May 3, 2024 and
Resignation Disclosure.

The Company will always comply with all related relevant regulations including OJK Regulation No.
31/POJK.04/2015 on Disclosure of Material Information or Facts of Issuers or Public Companies and the
Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange No: Kep-00066/IDX/09-2022 on the
Amendments to Regulation Number I-E concerning Information Submission Obligations and if there is
material information involving the Company, then the Company will submit disclosure of information to
the public no later than 2 (two) working days after the occurrence of such event.
