3. Penjelasan lebih lanjut atas adanya kasus korupsi Tol MBZ.

Perseroan menghormati segala proses hukum yang sedang berjalan dan kami meyakini
bahwa proses pengadaan barang dan jasa yang dilakukan oleh PT Jasamarga
Jalaniayang Cikampek selaku anak usaha Perseroan, telah dilakukan sesuai dengan
ketentuan yang berlaku dengan memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip Governance, Risk, and
Compliance (GRC).

4. Upaya mitigasi yang dilakukan Perseroan.

Jasa Marga berkomitmen mengimplementasikan GRC di setiap lini bisnis Perseroan
guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja Perseroan yang berkelanjutan

Pada awal Maret 2024, Perseroan menandatangani nota kesepahaman dengan Badan
Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) untuk meningkatkan efektivitas
pengelolaan risiko kecurangan (fraud) yang meliputi manajemen anti penyuapan, Whistle
Blowing System (WBS), pencegahan fraud serta kerja sama lain sehubungan dengan
penerapan dan penguatan GRC.

Selain dengan BPKP, penguatan GRC juga terus dilakukan Perseroan bekerja sama
dengan sejumlah instansi lainnya seperti terwujudnya WBS terintegrasi dengan Komisi
Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) serta kerja sama dengan Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang
Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara (Jamdatun) Kejaksaan Agung RI.

5. Dampak terhadap aspek operasional, hukum, dan keuangan Perseroan.

Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa atas kasus hukum yang terjadi, tidak berdampak pada
kegiatan Perseroan baik secara operasional, hukum, dan keuangan.

6. Informasi/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan
hidup perusahaan serta dapat mempengaruhi harga saham perusahaan.

dated May 21, 2024, regarding the Reguest for Explanation on Media Coverage titled “The
Journey of the MBZ Toll Corruption Case to the Spotlight on Concrete Ouality,” we hereby
provide an explanation regarding the mentioned coverage, as follows:

1. Clarification of the news.
Regarding the mentioned news, we can inform you that the report consists of:

- Media coverage based on the testimonies of witnesses presented during the ongoing
trial of the MBZ toll road corruption case.

- Media coverage of the Press Release by PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek (JJC)
No. 05/2024 dated May 18, 2024, titled "Passing Function and Operational Feasibility
Tests, PT JJC Ensures the Safety of MBZ Elevated Road Infrastructure." This Press
Release was issued by PT JJC to correct any potential public misconceptions
regarding the safety of using the MBZ Elevated Road and as a follow-up to media
inguiries about the safety and guality of the MBZ Elevated Road construction.

2. Clarification of information regarding the guality sample report and the decrease in guality
on the MBZ Toll Road below SNI standards, with the Company's rebuttal

The operation of the MBZ toll road has undergone a series of technical and operational
assessments before it could be operationalized. This includes the process of functional
and operational fitness testing by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, the
Ministry of Transportation, the Indonesian National Police, and the Road Bridge and
Tunnel Security Commission (KKJTJ).

These activities are conducted to ensure that all technical specifications, reguirements,
and road eguipment in the toll road section comply with applicable standards.

3. Further explanation regarding the MBZ Toll Road corruption case.

The Company respects all ongoing legal processes, and we believe that the procurement
process conducted by PT Jasamarga Jalaniayang Cikampek, a subsidiary of the
Company, has been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations while adhering
to the principles of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

4. Mitigation efforts undertaken by the Company,

Jasa Marga is committed to implementing GRC across every line of business within the
Company to support sustainable performance improvement.

In early March 2024, the Company signed a memorandum of understanding with the
Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) to enhance the effectiveness of
fraud risk management, which includes anti-bribery management, Whistleblowing System
(WBS), fraud prevention, and other collaborations related to the implementation and
strengthening of GRC.

In addition to collaborating with BPKP, the Company continues to strengthen GRC in
cooperation with several other institutions, such as the establishment of an integrated
WBS with the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), as well as collaboration with the

Deputy Attorney General for Civil and State Administrative Affairs (Jamdatun) of the
Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia.

4. Impact on the operational, legal, and financial aspects of the Company:

The Company affirms that the ongoing legal case has no impact on its operations, legal
or financial.

6. Other important material information/incidents that could affect the company's survival
and potentially influence the company's stock price.

There is no other information affecting the eguity value and stock price of the Company
