Sehubungan dengan surat IDX No. S-11097/BEI.PP3/08-2026 tanggal 27 Agustus 2026 perihal Permintaan
Penjelasan atas Volatilitas Transaksi Efek PT MSIG Life Insurance Indonesia Tbk ("Perseroan" atau "LIFE") yang
diterima oleh Perseroan, dengan ini Perseroan menyampaikan tanggapan terhadap surat tersebut, sebagai
berikut:

applying for approval from the OJK to transfer the
portfolio of its Sharia Business Unit to PT MSIG
