PEMBELIAN KEMBALI (BUYBACK)
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan akan mengalihkan saham hasil pembelian kembali
(buyback) dengan cara pelaksanaan program kepemilikan
saham oleh Direksi, Dewan Komisaris Perseroan (di luar
Komisaris Independen Perseroan) dan Karyawan dalam
bentuk bonus berupa saham. Hal tersebut dilakukan dengan
mengacu pada ketentuan Pasal 21 huruf c POJK No. 29/2023.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan Perseroan 31 Desember
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan 2023, terdapat perubahan pada jumlah treasury stock yang
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dicatatkan dan perubahan pada susunan pemegang saham
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dimana terdapat penambahan pemegang saham yang
Perusahaan Publik menjabat sebagai Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris serta
bertambahnya pemegang saham publik. Tidak terdapat
dampak signifikan terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
kondisi keuangan dan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan atas
kejadian di atas.

Description of Material Information or The Company will transfer shares resulting from the buyback
Facts by implementing a share ownership program for the Board of
Directors, the Board of Commissioners (excluding the
Company's Independent Commissioners), and employees in
the form of share bonuses. This will be done in accordance
with the provisions of Article 21 letter c of POJK No. 29/2023.
Impact of event, material information or Based on the Company's Financial Statements as of
facts towards Issuers or Public December 31, 2023, there were changes in the amount of
Company’s operational activities, legal, treasury stock recorded and changes in the composition of
financial condition, or going concern shareholders, with the addition of shareholders serving as
Directors and Commissioners, as well as an increase in public
shareholders. There were no significant impacts on the
Company's operations, legal matters, financial condition, or
business continuity as a result of the above events
