Perseroan telah menerbitkan surat utang senior dengan nilai USD1,350,000,000 pada tanggal 16 Mei 2014 untuk jangka waktu selama 10 tahun yang dicatatkan di Singapore Exchange (SGX) (“Surat Utang”). Material Description of Material Information or Facts The Company has issued USD1,350,000,000 senior notes on 16 May 2014, which will mature after a period of 10 years which were listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) (“Notes”). 2. Perseroan telah melakukan pembelian kembali Surat Utang di sepanjang tahun 2022 dan 2023, dengan rincian sebagai berikut: a. Pembelian kembali di tahun 2022 dengan nilai USD400.000.000 pada tanggal 14 Desember 2022 dan USD499.851.000 pada tanggal 31 Mei 2023: dan b. Pembelian kembali di tahun 2023 dengan nilai USD53.440.000 pada tanggal 22 September 2023. Dengan demikian, sisa Surat Utang yang masih beredar adalah senilai USD396,709,000. Company has conducted buy back of the Notes during 2022 and 2023, with the following details: a. Buy back in 2022 with the value of USD400,000,000 on 14 December 2022 and USD 499,851,000 on 31 May 2022: and b. Buy back in 2023 with the value of USD53,440,000 on 22 September 2023. Thus, the remaining outstanding Notes are USD396, 709,000. 3. Selanjutnya, atas nilai Surat Utang yang masih beredar sebesar USD396,709,000 telah dilakukan pelunasan pada 16 Mei 2024. Furthermore, for the value of the outstanding Notes USD396.709.000 has been fully repaid on May 16, 2024. 4. Pelunasan atas Surat Utang sebagaimana dimaksud pada angka 3 di atas menggunakan kombinasi dana kas internal serta dana pinjaman komersial dari bank.
