Jendral Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 Up: Kepala Divisi Penilaian Perusahaan 2 Perihal Penjelasan PT Champ Resto Indonesia Tbk (Perseroan) Mengenai Perubahan Lebih dari 20Yo Pada Aset dan Liabilitas/ Explanation of PT Champ Resto Indonesia Tbk (the Company) Regarding Changes of More than 204 in Assets and Liabilities Dengan hormat, Merujuk kepada Peraturan BEI Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, butir 1.1.1.4 dimana, apabila terdapat perubahan 20”o pada pos Jumlah Aset dan/atau Jumlah Liabilitas pada Laporan Keuangan Interim atau Laporan Keuangan Auditan tahunan periode tahun buku berjalan dibandingkan Laporan Keuangan Auditan tahunan terakhir, maka bersamaan dengan penyampaian laporan keuangan Perusahaan Tercatat — wajib memberikan penjelasan tentang penyebab perubahan berikut pendapat manajemen tentang dampak perubahan tersebut terhadap kinerja keuangan Perusahaan Tercatat pada tahun berjalan. Bersama surat ini kami sampaikan bahwa Laporan Keuangan Tahunan Perseroan yang di audit untuk tahun buku 2023: 1. terdapat perubahan sebesar Rp 241,8 miliar atau 30Yo pada jumlah aset pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023 (telah diaudit) jika dibandingkan dengan jumlah aset pada laporan keuangan tahunan untuk periode yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2022 (telah diaudit). Kenaikan terjadi karena penambahan jumlah outlet yang menyebabkan penambahan aset tetap dan aset hak guna. 10 'h | Monica Spoon GOKANA Manan rapan Dear Sir/Madam Referring to IDX Regulation Number I-£ regarding Obligation to Submit Information, point 1.1.1.4 where, ifthere are changes of 204 in the Total Assets and/or Total Liabilities items in the Interim Financial Statements or annual Audited Financial Statements for the current fiscal year period compared to the prior annual Audited Financial Statements, then simultaneously with the submission of the financial statements, the Listed Company is reguired to provide an explanation of the cause of the changes as well as management's opinion on the impact of these changes on the financial performance of the Listed Company in the current year. We hereby submit that the Company's audited Annual Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2023: 1. there was a change of Rp 241.8 billion or 3096 in the total assets as of 31 December 2023 (audited) when compared to the total assets in the annual financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2022 (audited).
