Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan penyampaian Laporan Tahunan dan
Laporan Keuangan Perseroan Tahun Buku 2025, bersama ini
Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa telah terdapat kekeliruan
administratif berupa salah penulisan nama pemegang saham
pada bagian modal saham dalam laporan keuangan PT
Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Tahun Buku 2025 (Audited)
yang juga menjadi bagian dari Laporan Tahunan Perseroan.
Adapun Perseroan menyampaikan hal-hal sebagai berikut:
1. Kesalahan dimaksud hanya berupa kekeliruan administratif
berupa penulisan nama pemegang saham.
2. Kesalahan tersebut tidak mempengaruhi :
a. Angka dan penyajian laporan keuangan Perseroan;
b. Struktur permodalan Perseroan;
c. Opini auditor independen;
d. Hak pemegang saham; dan/atau
e. Materi agenda Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Perseroan.
3. Perseroan akan melakukan penyesuaian pengungkapan
pada periode pelaporan terdekat.
4. Klarifikasi ini disampaikan Perseroan sebagai bentuk
penerapan keterbukaan informasi dan tata kelola perusahaan
yang baik.

Submission of Clarification Regarding Administrative Errors in

Description of Material Information or In connection with the submission of the Company's Annual
Facts Report and Financial Statements for the 2025 Financial Year,
the Company hereby informs that there has been an
administrative error in the form of a misspelling of the name of
a shareholder in the share capital section of the financial
statements of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk for the 2025
Financial Year (Audited), which is also part of the Company's
Annual Report. The Company conveys the following:
1. The error in question is solely an administrative error
involving the misspelling of a shareholder's name.
2. The error does not affect:
a. The figures and presentation of the Company's financial
statements;
b. The Company's capital structure;
c. The independent auditor's opinion;
d. Shareholder rights; and/or
e. The agenda items for the Company's General Meeting of
Shareholders.
3. The Company will adjust the disclosures in the next
reporting period.
4. The Company is providing this clarification as a form of
implementing information
transparency and good corporate governance.
