regarding the Disclosure of Information on the Implementation
Plan for the Management and Employee Stock Ownership
Program (Management and Employee Stock Ownership
Program) (MESOP Program) through the transfer of the
Company's treasury shares obtained by the Company from the
Company's share buyback program to members of
management and employees who meet the requirements,
forms part of the supplement to the disclosure previously
published on May 8, 2026, and inseparable from the
Information Disclosure that was announced on April 13, 2026.
