Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Supra Boga Lestari Tbk (Perseroan) berencana melakukan
Penambahan Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia
(KBLI) baru, yaitu: (i) KBLI 47221 - Perdagangan Eceran
Minuman Alkohol (SKP-A dan SKP-B & C); (ii) KBLI 47242 -
Perdagangan Eceran Roti, Kue Kering, Kue Basah, serta
sejenisnya; dan (iii) KBLI 10710 - Industri Produksi Bakeri.
Penambahan KBLI baru ini merupakan Transaksi Material
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan No. 17/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material
dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha. Berdasarkan Laporan Studi
Kelayakan yang disusun oleh KJPP Benedictus Darmapuspita
dan Rekan tertanggal 8 Mei 2026 (No. Laporan:
00205/2.0103-00/BS/05/0121/1/V/2026), rencana
penambahan KBLI baru tersebut dinyatakan layak untuk

Material Information or Fact Report Regarding the Addition of
Type of Material Information or Facts New Indonesian Standard Business Field Classification (KBLI)
of PT Supra Boga Lestari Tbk
Description of Material Information or PT Supra Boga Lestari Tbk (the Company) plans to add new
Facts Indonesian Standard Business Classification (KBLI) codes,
namely: (i) KBLI 47221 - Retail Trade of Alcoholic Beverages
(License Class A and B & C); (ii) KBLI 47242 - Retail Trade of
Bread, Dry Cakes, Wet Cakes, and Similar Products; and (iii)
KBLI 10710 - Bakery Products Manufacturing Industry. This
addition of new KBLI codes constitutes a Material Transaction
as defined under the Financial Services Authority Regulation
No. 17/POJK.04/2020 on Material Transactions and Changes
in Business Activities. Based on the Feasibility Study Report
prepared by KJPP Benedictus Darmapuspita dan Rekan dated
May 8, 2026 (Report No. 00205/2.0103-
00/BS/05/0121/1/V/2026), the planned addition of the new
KBLI codes is declared feasible to implement.
Impact of event, material information or The addition of new KBLI codes does not materially alter the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company's core business processes, which remain focused on
Company’s operational activities, legal, modern retail trade through its supermarket network. From an
financial condition, or going concern operational perspective, the expansion diversifies the product
portfolio, strengthening the Company's position as a one-stop
shopping destination for the upper-middle market segment.
From a legal perspective, the Company ensures all new
business activities are conducted in compliance with applicable
laws and regulations, including alcoholic beverage trading
licenses and food safety certifications.
