Audit Atas Laporan Keuangan Interim yang Berakhir Tanggal 31 Maret 2024 Perseroan (LK). Melalui surat ini dapat
Perseroan sampaikan bahwa Direksi Perseroan telah memutuskan untuk melakukan perubahan terkait dengan rencana
penyampaian LK yang semula akan diaudit oleh KAP Mirawati Sensi Idris menjadi laporan keuangan yang berakhir
tanggal 31 Maret 2024 dengan penelaahan terbatas (limited review) dan akan dilakukan juga oleh KAP Mirawati Sensi
Idris (LK Terbatas 1Q24). Sesuai ketentuan BEI yang berlaku, LK Terbatas 1Q24 tersebut akan disampaikan oleh
Perseroan selambat-lambatnya tanggal 31 Mei 2024.

According to Indonesia Stock Exchange regulation No. 1-E Concerning The Obligation of Information Submission PT
Smartfren Telecom Tbk will submit First Quarter Financial Statement for the 2024 fiscal year, which will be Limited
Review by Public Accountant.
Other Information
Referring to the Company's letter no. 044/SFTbk-CS/IV/2024 dated April 26, 2024 regarding Information of Audit Plan for
Interim Financial Statement for the period ended March 31, 2024 (FS). Herewith the Company would like to inform
through this letter that the Company's Board of Directors has decided to change the plan regarding the submission of
FS, which was previously planned to be audited by Public Accountant Office Mirawati Sensi Idris, into financial statement
ended March 31, 2024 with limited review, which will also be done by Public Accountant Office Mirawati Sensi Idris
(Limited Review FS 1Q24). In accordance with the prevailing IDX regulations, Limited Review FS 1Q24 will be submitted
by the Company at the latest by May 31, 2024.
