ANTAM Received Three CSR & PDB Award 2024

Jakarta, May 14, 2024 - PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM: IDX: ANTM: ASX: ATM) member of
PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (Persero) (MIND ID) the State-Owned Enterprise of Mining Industry,
received three CSR & PDB (Community Empowerment Based on Development) Awards 2024, on
May 7, 2024 that presented directly by the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Dr. (H.C.)
K.H. Ma'ruf Amin. At the awards organized by the Ministry of Village, Development of Disadvantaged
Regions, and Transmigration, in collaboration with the Indonesian Social Sustainability Forum (ISFF),
ANTAM received the Gold award through the West Kalimantan Bauxite Mining Business Unit in Bee
in Borneo Program, and the Kolaka Nickel Mining Business Unit in Padakuan Program (Community
Empowerment Based on Development). Additionally, the North Maluku Nickel Mining Business Unit
received the Silver award in Rumah Tani Harmoni Program.

The Beein Borneo Program or the KelututHoney Cultivation that carried out by the West Kalimantan
Bauxite Mining Business Unit is one of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs
undertaken by ANTAM to provide economic benefits from honey products and ecological benefits
for sustainable biodiversity conservation. Meanwhile, through the North Maluku Nickel Mining
Business Unit, the Company educates and builds economic value in the agricultural sector for local
communities through the Rumah Tani program. On the other hand, through the Kolaka Nickel
Mining Business Unit, ANTAM is developing the potential of communities through the Padakuan
Program, by running social, economic, and environmental aspect in a balanced manner. Based on
these three programs, ANTAM received the CSR & PDP Award 2024 for being considered a mining
business entity with positive performance.

As a member of MIND ID, the implementation of ANTAM's CSR program aligns with the sustainable
guidelines of MIND ID, which refer to the Strategic Community Investment Framework consisting of
4 pillars of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that have considered aspects of community
development and empowerment.
