                                 ANNOUNCEMENT
                                   To Shareholders
                         PT Sentul City Tbk (the "Company")

It is hereby notified to the shareholders of the Company that the Company will hold its
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("Meeting") on Thursday, June 20, 2024 and the
Meeting Notice will be held on May 29, 2024.

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 15/POJK.04/2020,
dated April 20, 2020, concerning the Plan and Implementation of the General Meeting of
Shareholders of Public Companies, Article 52, Media Announcement and Language of
Announcement of GMS for Public Companies whose shares are listed on the Stock Exchange
must be carried out through the website of the e-RUPS provider; Stock Exchange website and
Public Company Website.

Those entitled to attend the Meeting shall be:

1. For the Company's shares that have not been included in KSEI's Collective Custody
   whose names are recorded in the Register of Shareholders on Tuesday, May 28, 2024,
   until 16.00 WIB;

2. For the Company's shares in KSEI's Collective Custody, only account holders or legal
   proxies of account holders whose names are recorded as shareholders of the Company in
   the securities account of the Custodian Bank or Securities Company and in the Company's
   Register of Shareholders on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, until 16.00 WIB specially made for
   this Meeting.

Shareholders may propose the agenda of the meeting in writing to the Board of Directors of
the Company by fulfilling the provisions of Article 16, Financial Services Authority
Regulation Number 15/POJK.04/2020, concerning the Plan and Implementation of the
General Meeting of Shareholders of Public Companies.
