Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 7 Mei 2024, telah dilaksanakan
penandatanganan Perjanjian Perdamaian dan Pemenuhan
Putusan Pengadilan ("Perjanjian") antara Perseroan dengan
Bank Mega, dimana disepakati bahwa:
- Bank Mega wajib melaksanakan putusan dengan melakukan
pembayaran secara tunai dan sekaligus kepada Elnusa pokok
deposito sebesar Rp111 Milyar dan bunga sejak gugatan
didaftarkan yang sampai dengan tanggal Perjanjian ini
berjumlah sebesar Rp69,1 Milyar setelah dipotong pajak
(sebelum dipotong pajak sebesar Rp86,4 Milyar).
- Perseroan setuju untuk mengajukan surat pembatalan
eksekusi lelang putusan dan mengajukan surat permohonan
pencabutan/pengangkatan sita jaminan atas dua bidang tanah
SHGB no. 95 dan SHGB no. 97 kepada Ketua Pengadilan
Negeri Jakarta Selatan, serta menyerahkan salinan
penetapannya kepada Bank Mega.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan memperoleh dana pokok deposito sebesar Rp111
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Milyar dan bunga Rp69,1 Milyar.

Material legal dispute of Company, and Board of Directors and

Description of Material Information or On the 7th of May, 2024, the signing of the Peace and Court
Facts Decision Fulfillment Agreement ("Agreement") between the
Company and Bank Mega was executed, wherein it was
agreed that:
- Bank Mega is obligated to execute the judgment by making a
lump-sum cash payment to the Company of the principal
deposit amounting to Rp111 billion and the accrued interest
from the date the lawsuit was filed up to the date of this
Agreement, totaling Rp69.1 billion after tax deduction (before
tax deduction amounting to Rp86.4 billion).
- The Company agrees to submit a letter requesting the
cancellation of the execution of the auction decision and to
submit a letter requesting the withdrawal/lifting of the collateral
seizure on two plots of land with SHGB numbers 95 and 97 to
the Chairman of the South Jakarta District Court, and to
provide a copy of the determination to Bank Mega.
