Pada tanggal 7 Mei 2024, telah dilaksanakan penandatanganan
Perjanjian Perdamaian dan Pemenuhan Putusan Pengadilan
(“Perjanjian”) antara Perseroan dengan Bank Mega, dimana
disepakati bahwa:
# Bank Mega wajib melaksanakan putusan dengan melakukan
pembayaran secara tunai dan sekaligus kepada Elnusa pokok
deposito sebesar Rp111 Milyar dan bunga sejak gugatan
didaftarkan yang sampai dengan tanggal Perjanjian ini berjumlah
sebesar Rp69,1 Milyar setelah dipotong pajak (sebelum dipotong
pajak sebesar Rp86,4 Milyar).
@ Perseroan setuju untuk mengajukan surat pembatalan eksekusi
lelang putusan dan mengajukan surat permohonan
pencabutan/pengangkatan sita jaminan atas dua bidang tanah
SHGB no. 95 dan SHGB no. 97 kepada Ketua Pengadilan Negeri
Jakarta Selatan, serta menyerahkan salinan penetapannya
kepada Bank Mega.
On the 7" of May, 2024, the signing of the Peace and Court Decision
Fulfillment Agreement ("Agreement") between the Company and
Bank Mega was executed, wherein it was agreed that:
e Bank Mega is obligated to execute the judgment by making a
lump-sum cash payment to the Company of the principal deposit
amounting to Rp111 billion and the accrued interest from the
