tersebut, Perseroan dan Para Pemegang Saham KKI sepakat bahwa
dikemudian hari, Perseroan dapat melakukan investasi melalui penyertaan
kepemilikan saham oleh Perseroan pada KKI (Rencana Investasi), dimana detil
atas Rencana Investasi tersebut, masih akan dinegosiasikan lebih lanjut antara
para pihak yang kesepakatannya akan ditindaklanjuti melalui

Mengoreksi surat kami nomor : 05/AIMS-KKI tanggal 13 Mei 2024 perihal Bahwa pada tanggal 7 Mei 2024, telah
dilakukan penandatanganan Perjanjian Awal antara PT Artha Mahiya Investama Tbk (Perseroan) dengan Para
Pemegang Saham PT Kece Kreatif Indonesia (KKI). Dalam Perjanjian Awal tersebut, Perseroan dan Para Pemegang
Saham KKI sepakat bahwa dikemudian hari, Perseroan dapat melakukan investasi melalui penyertaan kepemilikan
saham oleh Perseroan pada KKI (Rencana Investasi), dimana detil atas Rencana Investasi tersebut, masih akan
dinegosiasikan lebih lanjut antara para pihak yang kesepakatannya akan ditindaklanjuti melalui penandatanganan
perjanjian definitif., dengan ini perseroan menyampaikan hal sebagai berikut:

Bahwa antara Perseroan dengan Para Pemegang Saham KKI
maupun KKI tidak memiliki hubungan Afiliasi.
Nilai Transaksi:
Bahwa nilai transaksi atas Rencana Investasi sebagaimana
dimaksud dalam Perjanjian Awal tersebut belum ditentukan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penandatanganan Perjanjian Awal ini tidak berdampak negatif
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan terhadap kegiatan usaha, kondisi keuangan Perseroan.

atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan di masa depan apabila Rencana Investasi

Subject That on May 7, 2024, a Preliminary Agreement has been signed between PT
Artha Mahiya Investama Tbk (the Company) and the Shareholders PT Kece

facts towards Issuers or Public negative impact on the Company's business activities, financial
Company’s operational activities, legal, condition. However, it is expected to increase the Company's
financial condition, or going concern revenue in the future if the Transaction Plan is implemented.

That other than the information we have disclosed above, there are currently no other events, Information or
Material Facts that we have not disclosed other than the information mentioned above. The Board of Directors of
