That on May 7, 2024, a Preliminary Agreement
has been signed between PT Artha Mahiya
Investama Tbk (the "Company") and the
Shareholders PT Kece Kreatif Indonesia
(“KKP”). In the Preliminary Agreement, the
Company and KKI's Shareholders agreed that in
the future, the Company intends to invest in KKI
through the participation of the Company's share
ownership in KKI (the "Proposed Transaction"),
which for the Proposed Transaction, will still be
negotiated further between the parties who

signing of a definitive agreement.
