Perjanjian Investasi antara Perseroan, Lintasarta, PT
Ainfrastruktur Indonesia Raya tanggal 23 Desember 2025
sebagaimana telah diungkapkan oleh Perseroan melalui
Keterbukaan Informasi Perseroan berdasarkan Surat No.
289/AY0-AYD0/LGL/25 tanggal 23 Desember 2025. Perjanjian
tersebut kemudian diubah dan dinyatakan kembali melalui
Amandemen dan Pernyataan Kembali atas Perjanjian
Investasi pada tanggal 6 Mei 2026 sebagaimana telah
diungkapkan oleh Perseroan melalui Keterbukaan Informasi
Perseroan berdasarkan Surat No. 100/AY0-AYD0/LGL/26

AYD0/LGL/25 dated 23 December 2025. The agreement was
then amended and restated through the Amended and
Restated Investment Agreement on 6 May 2026, as previously

dated 6 May 2026.
