Description of permohonan pengunduran diri dari Ibu Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo
Information dari jabatannya selaku Wakil Direktur Utama Perseroan
dikarenakan alasan pribadi/keluarga.
Selanjutnya, Perseroan akan mengikuti dan menjalankan
ketentuan yang diatur di dalam POJK 33/2014, Peraturan OJK
No. 15/POJK.04/2020 tentang Rencana dan Penyelenggaraan
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perusahaan Terbuka (“POJK
15/2020”) dan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan untuk mengadakan
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham dan meminta persetujuan dari
pemegang saham atas pengunduran diri anggota Direksi
tersebut. Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa Perseroan
dengan agenda persetujuan atas pengunduran diri pihak
sebagaimana tersebut di atas akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14
Oktober 2026. /

On August 28, 2026, the Company received resignation letter
from Mrs. Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo from her position as the Vice
President Director of the Company due to personal/family
reasons.
Further, the Company will follow and implement the procedures
as required under POJK 33/2014, OJK Regulation No.
15/POJK.04/2020 concerning the Plan and Implementation of the
General Meeting of Shareholders of Public Companies (“POJK
15/2020”) and Articles of Association of the Company to convene
a General Meeting of Shareholders and seek an approval from the
shareholders on the resignation of such member of the
Company’s Board of Directors. The Extraordinary General
Meeting of Shareholders of the Company with the agenda to
approve the resignation will be convened on October 14, 2026.
