Informasi Lain Pemegang saham utama dan pengendali Perseroan adalah EP ID Holdings Pte. Ltd., dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar 92,169%. Perseroan, melalui EP ID Holdings Pte. Ltd., secara tidak langsung dimiliki oleh DigitalBridge II (Cayman AIV), LP, suatu exempted limited partnership yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum Kepulauan Cayman, serta beberapa investor lainnya yang menjalankan kepentingannya secara bersama-sama melalui DC Tiger Holdings, LP, suatu exempted limited partnership yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum Kepulauan Cayman ( Co-Invest Vehicle ). Mengingat DigitalBridge merupakan perusahaan yang sahamnya diperdagangkan secara publik, struktur kepemilikan pada tingkat investor akhir bersifat dinamis dan tersebar luas. Oleh karena itu, sampai dengan saat ini Perseroan tidak memiliki informasi yang memadai dan tidak dapat melakukan penelusuran lebih lanjut untuk mengidentifikasi pemilik manfaat pada tingkat individu. Perseroan memahami adanya kewajiban untuk mengungkapkan kepemilikan manfaat sampai dengan tingkat individu sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, termasuk Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia No. I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 tanggal 12 Desember 2025 sebagaimana diubah dengan Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00052/BEI/04-2026 tanggal 1 April 2026 (Peraturan I-E), serta Peraturan Presiden No. 13 Tahun 2018 tentang Penerapan Prinsip Mengenali Pemilik Manfaat dari Korporasi dalam rangka Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang dan Pendanaan Terorisme (Perpres 13/2018). Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Perseroan berkomitmen untuk melakukan penyesuaian dan pembaruan data pemilik manfaat sesuai dengan kriteria yang diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, termasuk Peraturan I-E dan Perpres 13/2018, sesegera mungkin. Other Information The Company s main and controlling shareholder is EP ID Holdings Pte. Ltd., with a share ownership of 92.169%. The Company, through EP ID Holdings Pte. Ltd., is indirectly owned by DigitalBridge II (Cayman AIV), LP, an exempted limited partnership established under the laws of the Cayman Islands, and several other investors who exercise their interests collectively through DC Tiger Holdings, LP, an exempted limited partnership established under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the Co-Invest Vehicle ). Considering that DigitalBridge is a publicly traded company, the ownership structure at the ultimate investor level is dynamic and widely dispersed. Therefore, to date, the Company does not have sufficient information and is unable to conduct further tracing to identify the beneficial owners at the individual level. The Company acknowledges that there is an obligation to disclose beneficial ownership down to the individual level as stipulated under the prevailing laws and regulations, including Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation No. I-E on Disclosure Obligations, Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 dated 12 December 2025 as amended by Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00052/BEI/04-2026 dated 1 April 2026 (Regulation I-E), and Presidential Regulation No. 13 of 2018 on the Implementation of the Principle of Recognizing Beneficial Owners of Corporations for the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing (PR 13/2018).
